Eurobet hand histories

I requested some hand hiostories via email, each hand was an interesting one I wanted to share on the SS forum. They never arrived in my email in box however. I've never had this problem before with Party of Empire, so I don't think the problem is with my email server filtering the histories out as spam. Is this a known Eurobet problem???

Hi TT:

It sucks, but they don't come via email. If you log in to your Eurobet account from the webpage, there will be a flashing envelope in the upper right hand corner. Click on it and you will see your requested hand histories.

this may be true of hhs, but i know for a fact that they will NOT send entire Sng sumaries

when you request sng's when the tournament is done, they don't send you the whole sng history?

They do, but they do it via the internal message system. So you have to look it up there and save it as a .txt file. Then import it to PT. Which is a bit of extra work.

Yea, thats what I have been doing. Not that big of a deal, I have been having problems with my absolute and I have to manually fix everything which takes about 20x more time per hand history.

I've read exactly the opposite here - summaries going to outside mail address. Why you need to get hh there if they are stored locally. So tournies are the only object which has sense be redirected. Try to call them.

Thankyou for your message. Unfortunately it is not possible to send hand histories to any external email address, it is only possible to send them via the internal emailing system.
