Default First HU 3/6 newbie needs help!

My first time playing heads up on the internet for any real money. I would like some oppinions on what to do in certain spots.

hand one. Villan raises my A7 suited OOP preflop, maybe to 3bb. Flop comes 689 2 spades. I call when villan pots it. Tuns is a 5 of spades. I have the A so I check behind with my straight. River is a blank. Villan pots it for 60. I min riase to 120. Villan makes it 400. Puke. Call or fold?

Hnad two. I raise preflop from the button with Q9. Villan calls. Flop comes Q56 2 clubs. I pot it, villan calls. Turn is another Q. I bet 2/3 pot, villan calls. River is K of clubs, making flush. pot is about 250 and we both have 400 left. Bet or check?

Hnad three is similar. I end up with nut flush on turn after being agressor the entire way. I 3/4 pot turn. Villan calls, and the river pairs the board. He checks. Porb. 250 with 400 behind. Bet or check, and if I bet say 150 and he moves in, is it an instacall?

Thanks for the prob. obvious answers guys, im a total newb at HU.

Make a real raise on turn and call push.
