do you often semibluff 4 opponents on such a draw heavy board?

I dont... and I dont think it's good... you wont get pure folds enough to warrent the bluff aspect, and the hands which would pay off big to a straight are raising this flop, costing you more to see a turn. if you get flatcalled you're kinda stuck on many turns, as well. as you dont know if villain(s) are drawing or marginal made hand that is too weak to warrant protection. any case, funny hand.

I do on occasion, simply because many thinking opponents would say "there's no way he's bluffing, he's got 4 guys in front of him!"

Lead the river? Really? For how much? I would think a small bet gets called by top-pair, or possibly anyone that made a pair on the turn or river. And a big bet leading into a multiway pot, with absolutely nothing? I'd think you don't bet for some of the same reasons Bobbo listed for not semi-bluffing the flop.
