PP $11 - AT Bubble hand
Seat 4 is the button
Total number of players : 4 Seat 3: bmoondog ( $520 ) Seat 4: twwjr65 ( $685 ) Seat 7: playtitleist ( $965 ) Seat 10: Popgunn ( $5830 ) Trny:17565832 Level:9 Blinds(250/500) ** Dealing down cards ** playtitleist posts SB [250] Popgunn posts BB [500] Dealt to playtitleist [ Td Ah ] bmoondog is all-In [520] twwjr65 folds. playtitleist ??? I am pretty confident in my holding here. BB will certainly call this push for t20, but I don't want to leave my fate in his hands. If I fold, BB could easily lose and I'll be 3rd in chips, but I'm still playing. If I call and whiff, BB will too often NOT call it down (which is another thread, argh!) and I have to fold and hope BB takes him out. In the process, I am resigned to 3rd or crippled in fourth. If I push I could double up and get bmoondog's chips, thus being secure for 2nd. Risk is finishing OOTM if I can't beat either of them. So, what's the play? |

Re: PP $11 - AT Bubble hand
Call. Check it down with BB. Fold if bet.
As the button will be yours next, you still have a couple bubble hands to play with if you are forced to fold and not ITM after this hand. |

Re: PP $11 - AT Bubble hand
Short stacks range is really large and big stack is calling with any two. You've got roughly a 50% chance of making the money by folding on this hand. Even if shortstack wins the next guy can't get through the blinds. I think your range here should be QQ+, but that may be too loose.
