Default AKs Mirage 20/40

I'm posting this because it was fun, but I do have a couple of questions

Mirage 20/40

UTG- hadn't been at the table for long, but seemed to be a solid player. he might've been slightly loose, because he cold called a couple times already, but he hadn't shown down anything ugly. he owns a club in Chicago, so I'm assuming he has a good amount of experience.

MP3- he is the reason I chose not to eat all day. he was there to gamble. he hit an amazing rush during which he raised or 3-bet with every single hand. he's become a lot more passive since he's cooled off. he still plays 90% of his hands and will usually bet with any piece, but I guess he was a smart guy, because he used his common sense for some decent hand reading, but he still called down with any pair.

CO- he's a local pro I assume but he's too loose. he really doesn't understand position. he's the type that'll play any 2 broadway for 2 bets. postflop he's good

Button- a woman who was very tight and played straightforward.

UTG raises, folded to MP3 who calls, CO calls, Button calls, I 3-bet out of the SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], BB folds, UTG 4-bets (there's a 5 bet cap), everyone calls, including me.

5-bet?

My plan here was to bet an A or a K, or a draw. if not I'd check and maybe peel one off, depending on the action and the board.

Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players, 21 SB)

I go with my plan and bet, UTG just calls (damn), MP3 called, CO raised, I 3-bet (good, right?), UTG folds, CO 4-bets, I call.

at this point I'm positive CO has 99, 66, 55, 65s, or 87s

Turn: 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players, 15 BB)

I think he's putting me on a big pair so I lead, he raises, I 3-bet, he calls.

In hindsight, I think if I had check raised he might've 3-bet me, still putting me on a big pair. I'm still not sure though, because he'd really have to trust his hand reading to put me on a worse hand. I also felt he might not 3-bet a set if it wasn't top set.

River: 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I bet, he calls.

You play g00t.

How about a real trip report. One involving security and hot girls, and possibly vomiting.

I 5-bet it preflop, especially with sooted AK. Even with AKo, I think it's a good idea to press your advantage, since they play so many hands. I know "it's a drawing hand", but you have a higher chance to win the pot, so I'd push it.

If he 4-bet it on the flop and I just called (instead of capping), I'd let him start the bidding on the turn. Go for the check-raise. I don't blame you for betting-out, though.

Otherwise, it's good. I like the flop 3-bet.

Why no 5-bet preflop? With that many callers, it's gotta be +EV, neh?

no trip report... too lazy. I did have someone card me on the 28th (my birthday) and tell me I'm not 21 until the 29th, and I made 1 $1 pull in a slot machine and won 250

I'd 5-bet given your description. It's going to take a hell of a lot of respect for UTG's raising standards not to put more money in with AKs with all those coldcallers.
