Default KQs misses draw vs. 2 callers

Wow this is awful looking back at this play.

CO ($12.50)
Button ($16.75)

BB ($11.80)
UTG ($4.25)
UTG+1 ($28.10)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.10.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises to $0.75</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, Button calls $0.75, Hero (poster) calls $0.65, BB calls $0.50.

Flop: ($3) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $1</font>, BB folds, UTG+1 calls $1, Button calls $1.

Turn: ($6) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, Button checks.

River: ($6) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 bets $1</font>, Button folds, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $7

On the flop:

Should I either check or make a PSB here?
I'm way out of position, so was worried about the 3 people behind me.

I've been using the small bet at this table because almost noone raises at all, and they will usually just call it down. Good or awful idea to control the pot for my flush draws?

You've got your reasons for betting small and they work. You are effectively giving yourself 4:1 on the turn, not bad.

I loveeeee loose passive tables.
