Full $20-40 game. Three limped to me and I raised on the button with A7. One blind folded and five of us saw this flop: K-Q-10. Checkcheckcheckcheckcheck. Turn was a blank. Checkcheckcheckcheckcheck. River was a 7. Checkcheckcheckcheckcheck. There was a tiny delay and then somebody turned over J-7 and I showed next and won.

While the preflop raise worked for you here, I don't think it is a winning play overall. Also, I would be tempted to bet the turn after having seen 8 checks.

When this check, check, check on the river happens and I am at the end, I just flip first. (And when people don't flip in the order that I THINK they should, I yell at them. See "Losing It". )
Other than that, nice play. Otherwise, nice play. |

I would think there would need to be a bet on either the flop or the turn.
If you want to keep posting these hands, I think you should have to elaborate each specific read and silly detail. NT |

I really love the cube picture. Now, stick the 'leaning tower guy' inside the cube.
I would fold. I dislike A7 almost as much as A6. Raise here with 22 and A2, like Andy Fox would do. Call with everything else, including AA. Just some conjecture on my part is all. -Zeno |
