IGM and double dipping at Party skins

Is it possible to take advantage of the regular welcome bonus using Neteller then redeposit to get a 20% bonus IGMpay once that bonus clears?

IGM is definitely good for Party, Empire, and Pokernow. Then Intertops and Multi are iffy. Some have gotten it and some haven't. They seem to change the rules every week.
