Default Party Poker Million II question

On their website it says for $25 you can win your way into the semi finals, how often do they have these $25 buy in tournys.

It also says for $108 you can play the super satelite and win you way to the finals

Can someone explain the difference Im a little confused? Thanks in advance

Lets see if this clears things up for you.

For $25 you play in a single table tourney either limit or NL. If
you win that tourney you advance to the semi finals. These are posted at the top of each hour. One of each Limit or NL. Tho they don't always fill.

For the $100 you can play in a multi table that is held every Tuesday. For every 72 entrants one person qualifies for the finals.

Hope that helps.

So if I pay $25 and play a single table tourny and win, I advance to the semi finals? You sure its single table, that sounds to easy to me to make it to the semi's.

Also how are the semi's ran? Is it one big tourny or more than one? b/c it runs for about 3 days I saw, but wondered how it was structured and how many people are usually in it and how many people advance and all that. I looked on their website, but just got confused, so any info will help. Thanks in advance.

he's right on the money ryan. the super is a way to by-pass the semis. and the $25 single table semi win WILL get you into the semis, but then you have a long way to go. you have to advance through to get you to the same place as a super sat win will put you.

How hard is it to win or pass through the semi's? Im still confused about how they (semi's) are organized and ran.

The semis are 3 days. 6 tourneys. 3 Limit 3 NL. It Seemed to be about 130 or so participating in each tourney in the August semis. You do have to win the semi. Second or third no good.

And YES!!! You will want the extra starting chips. Thanks for mentioning that granny.

You earn bonus chips by playing raked hands and winning tournaments. Far as I know you can only use them for the PPM qualifiers but there may be other tourneys.
