Default is pokertracker, gametime+ and poker ace hud ILLEGAL?

my rakeback site has a post saying
"Just a FYI I've read several reports very recently of people that run 3rd party software that Party/Empire view as giving you an advantage. I.E. Poker Edge, Poker Prophecy etc. They have been outright BANNING account, so don't run them! If the program gives you an unfair advantage, don't use it. Note: I haven't heard anything about poker tracker or poker office YET.

YIKES! Anything?

PA Hud is OK, as is Gametime. The ones you mentioned allow you to share databases over the internet. I will be corrected that that isn't quite accurate, but something like that makes those programs no-no

This really belongs in the zoo BTW
