Default Which ones are donks?

I play PP $11 SnGs, thus I play with 9 new people every time. I try to get a read on other players and I can kind of get 2, but if those 2 aren't in the final 4 I'm pooched.

When I'm playing a totally new group of players, should I focus on just a couple of players (ie. the two to my left, or the ones on my immediate left and right?). Or how did you handle it early on?

try to get an idea of the flow of the game first, then as the table starts to thin out work on individual reads.

I try to observe what people do in their position. I tend to be a tight as a virgin on prom night from early position, if you picked that up from me and saw me lead out UTG it would give you an idea of what I was holding. Unless of course I was aware of my image and was trying a steal.
