Re: Turned Straight on Paired board...
Looks ok, I might block river depending on opponent

Re: Turned Straight on Paired board...
you should lay this down, especially on river, too much out there to hurt you... could have flush, boat, higher str8, the only hand you beat is trips

Re: Turned Straight on Paired board...
Played well in my opinion. Against some loose aggressive opponents I will three bet the turn.

Re: Turned Straight on Paired board...
i personnaly dont like the turn call. i like to reraise there because of the amount of draws out there and since youre bookended here its def time to find out where youre at. raising the turn can save you money on the river if you are already beat and can push out that draw that may cost you alot on the river as well

Re: Turned Straight on Paired board...
Un-raised pot. Flop is checked. Board is paired. There are now two different flush draws. Multi-way. Your straight is the 2nd nut......and you lead into this mess? And then call a raise?
Please don't do this again. Next time check, call a min bet. Check river, call another min bet. You don't have any VP$IP. Do not put money into this pot with such a weak hand. I just can't see folding a made str8 but can't see calling more than a min bet. |

Re: Turned Straight on Paired board...
I hate a threebet, cause it would put him in for the rest of his stack....he might call with a naked 7, but i dont see how this play saves me money.

Re: Turned Straight on Paired board...
You cant see this being profitable from a naked 7?
