I think this is a pretty easy fold 3 handed.

I would fold and wait for a better spot here. If he is wayy out of line, raising with nothing often, then you need to call down. If there were not others in the hand, I would consider checking and calling turn and river with AK if he will usually bet when checked to regardless of whether he has anything.
