Numbers looking good?
This is all from the .25/.50 NL game on pokerstars. Only 4k hands so far, but based on these numbers, do you see anything that looks bad?
VP$IP: 22.97% VP$SB: 33.98% Saw Flop: 28.59% W$WSF: 42.02% BB/100: 6.54 Went to SD: 25.53 Won $ @ SD: 48.45 PF Raise %: 5.89 Aggression Factors: Preflop: .31 Flop: 1.89 Turn: 1.75 River: 1.76 |

Re: Numbers looking good?
A VP$IP of 23% seems to be a little high. I'd try to be closer to 17%. The big thing that's juping out at me is your W$WSF. For a typical player I've heard that 30% is a good number to strive for. 42% seems awful high, especially since you're playing more than just premium hands with the 23% VPIP. This makes me think you've been running pretty well, but don't necessarily know what your long term skill level is. W$@SD is pretty close to optimal, usually between 50 and 55%. PF raise looks good, although PF aggression seems a little low. Perhpas when you tighten up your PF starting hands your aggression factor should go up. I'll make the usual disclaimer though: 4,000 hands may not be enough to really analyze these stats. It can give you a starting place, but take it with a grain of salt.

Re: Numbers looking good?
When I had like 5K hands, I wished I could get into 10K hands to have my numbers analized.
I have now around 35K hands, and now I realize it is still so little hands. With 35K hands I have around 300 of any kind of hand at maximum. (i mean around 300 AA played, 300 KK, 300 72, and so on...); then I realize it is not enough to know how a hand really goes. But your numbers look good. You will tighten up with time. I hope I get to 100K soon to have my numbers analyzed again. |
