option to raise when all in is short of blind total
if 4 players are still in. blinds are 10/20. 1st option bets 20. 2nd and 3rd call. dealer goes all in with 25. does that five extra which isn't a full raise, give the other players the opportunity to re-raise?

Re: option to raise when all in is short of blind total
In standard rules it shouldn't, but some websites have software that ignores this issue and allows another round of betting after a shortstack pushes.
