Problem with Affiliate section of Party Web site?

I'm trying to get into the affiliate section of the Party Poker website and it keeps returning a blank page. Is it just me or are others having this problem?

Edit: I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the numerious "death of rakeback" posts I'm seeing...
