Re: AA in a GIGANTIC pot...
where's the question?
if I think UTG+2 will raise the turn with AQ/KK, then I may pull a stop-n-go to try to protect my hand. |

Re: AA in a GIGANTIC pot...
If there was a cap of 3-bets on every street, I would 3-bet the river. I just hate having to call a cap if I 3-bet. I might just 3-bet the river anyway. [censored] the limp reraiser.

Re: AA in a GIGANTIC pot...
is the question, 3-bet the river?
i'd say...do it! looks like a last ditch effort to fold people on the river...that or he has QQ. |

Re: AA in a GIGANTIC pot...
No real question ... just the most interesting hand i've seen where NO ONE improved.
Me: Black Aces UTG+2 : Red Aces Other Guy who called the river: Kings (Yes, I should have 3-bet the river, UTG+2's play was completely inconsistent with QQ or two-pair and the river was a blank that did not improve anyone that wasn't already ahead of me.) -d |

Re: AA in a GIGANTIC pot...
I don't think 3-betting the river is a good idea. This is because UTG+2 limp reraised and therefore he wont have a standard set of capping hands all the time.
I often see limp reraising with small pairs or sometimes even complete junk like J6o. 3-betting opens us up to a cap and UTG+2 could have a set or a crappy two pair aswell as QQ so there are more hands to worry about. Rest of the hand is good. |

You don't think he raises the turn with a set?

You don't think he raises the turn with a set? -d [/ QUOTE ] Meh, maybe. I just find the people that limp/reraise are also really bad and unpredictable. Maybe it's weak, but I can live with it. |
