How so? Surely this play depends on it not becoming common practice. As soon as it becomes a widespread strategy then the response to this play will adjust to start calling with lower starting hands to account for the extra EV associated with busting these crummy hands. Surely the only way for this push to remain sensible is for it to remain infrequent. So I would say it all depends on your table image based in large part on how many pushes you've done recently.

Yeah, except with 5x BB and being in teh SB here, all sorts of things become profitable. Even if you're pushing J2o, you're shoving AA, KK, QQ and all sorts of good hands here. Your opponent can't call profitably with any 2 here, and you really need the chips.

I think this is a very easy shove with J2o, and while not worth shoving any 2, your range should be much wider than K8s.

I would push any 2 here and probably push any 2 up to 6xbb unless the BB has shown contempt for me or made any ridiculous calls lately.

Would this still be a push even if i showed k7 last orbit. Luckily we split the pot on a full house board.

Yes.

You can turn your cards face up here and still push for profit.
