Poker in Italy?

i am going to Milan in late december. from what ive heard PL omaha is the game to play in europe. I would love to get in on this action in italy. anyone know of ANY cardrooms there? I found some casinos online, but they seem to be strictly roulette and blackjack kinda places. aka no poker rooms [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
