Poker Stars 18 people $10+1 SitNGo. final table 9 people left. Blinds 100/200 i have 2600.

I have JJ UTG. I raise 3x BB (600). Short Stack (1400) goes all-in. I would have called that. But then the CO (4600) re-raise so i would be all-in to. I folded, turned out they have AQo en AKo, wich would have given me an 44% chance of winning.

Did i fold correctly ?
