What do you think 2
Both are unknown.

Re: What do you think 2
I'd go ahead and fire again.
The poster quite likely has some piece of the board, and a king could be one the the overcards MP1 called with on the flop, but you don't really need to get two folds all that often to make betting a good play. Among other things, CO will bet sometimes if you check anyway. |

Re: What do you think 2
I think your hand has very little showdown value against two players. Getting raised or check/raised sucks. This looks like a pretty clear check with outs example to me.

Re: What do you think 2
I check the flop. We're probably only having 25% equity and no folding equity.
Given the flop bet I think I'm betting the turn. |

[/ QUOTE ] Betting will sometimes encourage better As or hands with counterfeit/redraws to our gutshot to fold, which I imagine is the primary intent of this bet. I think the turn is a good opportunity to bet. The K is a decent card in that weaker As may give up at this point figuring they're in worse shape. |

Re: What do you think 2
I prefer checking this flop and hoping it gets checked through, since the chance of picking up the pot is slim against 4 opponents.
If there's a bet behind you and a caller or two before you, you can call with your 7 out draw. |

[/ QUOTE ] When I weighted the chance of buying out against the risk of getting raised, I thought that checking was best. It seems to me you're disagreeing? I can't see how counterfeiting comes into the picture when we're hitting our A and the only draw having the odds to redraw if we turn a 5 is a picked up fd. |
