Cashout verification question for paypro (empire, party, etc.)
So anyway I cashout over 2000 and they leave a telephone message and say I have to call them to verify so I do, but then it doesn't hit my neteller so I call back the next day and they say I have to fill out the preferred player application, http://www.ezecash.com/preferred_member.html , which asks for my social security number and stuff like that.
Anyway it's been a week and only now are they saying I have to do this, but I realize it's their job to keep my money as long as possible. Should I fill it out completely, fill it out but omit ss#, or reverse cashout and try to cash out a lesser amount? I'm scared if I do the last they will flag my account as suspicous and lock everything up. |

It's reasonable that they want to know who they're transferring 10's of thousands a year to. If uncomfortable w/ giving your social security number, offer to give them your drivers license number instead and see what they say. I'm sure they will not keep your money, so I wouldn't do anything to bring suspiscion like reversing the cashout.

[/ QUOTE ] They are not trying to keep your money as long as possible (so that they have $2,000+ more cash reserve?). They are trying to protect your money. Whenever I cash out less than $2,000 from any party site the money hits Neteller within hours. |

They are trying to protect your money. [/ QUOTE ] Yes but I deposited via neteller and asked to cashout to the same neteller account. If that wasn't the case then you could have a point. |

Re: Cashout verification question for paypro (empire, party, etc.)
Did a cashout at Planetluck a month or so back. When it took longer than usual I called support and was told they were verifying my game logs and it owuld be released in 3 business days. 3 business days coem and go and still pending. I make another phone call again I am told they are reviewing game logs and will be released the following day.
Next day, nada! I make another call and as I am on the phone I receive an email that they need to verify my account. This after 7 days. Finally my account is verified I am promised funds to be released within next 4 hours. (BTW...I verified all my party skin account at the same time to avoid further hassle. 8 hours pass no funds. Now I'm fuming and refuse to get off phone with CS until funds hit my Neteller. Childish? Yes but my funds hit Neteller within 2 hours while I am on the phone with Raghib. Cashout amount was $1750. Was told if it had been less than $1500 there would have been no hassle. |

Did you leave you ss# blank? Do you agree that we are not actually talking to people, we're just interfacing with a script read by an Indian whose vocabulary is maybe 1000 words? |
