Not totally unreasonable to call, but it's mainly player dependent. You'd like to know how aggressive he is by default, and also if he's a winning player (a winning player may not pay off your flush when it hits on the river, killing the implied odds you probably need to draw for it here). Against a losing LAG, I call here.
