San Diego Poker This Weekend
I'm heading to San Diego this weekend and will be playing poker. A few weeks back I asked about the San Diego card rooms. Most posters recommended Viejas. Any new information or recommendations would be greatly appreciated...

Re: San Diego Poker This Weekend
Played at Syquan back in December. Casino's a little run down but the cardroom is very nice. The tables are your usual loose type. The big downside is the drive down a long, winding mountain road, very annoying. Fair alternative to Viejas (for a change in scenery).

Re: San Diego Poker This Weekend
Really your only options for one weekend are Oceans 11 or Viejas.
If you want more than 8/16 or more than one 8/16 than its 11, otherwise tough to beat the weekend crowd at Viejas. |

Re: San Diego Poker This Weekend
If you feel like commuting, Pechanga is a good choice. It's off the 15 (and I believe it's about midway from SD to LA). They play all of their hold'em games with a kill and they have lots of aggressive and bad players there.

Re: San Diego Poker This Weekend
I had a profitable night at Veijas last night up almost 200. Started at the 4/8 game and moved on to the 8/16 game. I'm considering heading to Oceans 11 tonight. How's the Sunday night crowd at 11?
