I like to bet again on the turn, and if I miss again on the river, I check/fold, unless I've seen this guy fold to a river bet a couple times.

I'd do the same -- even if all six of your top pair outs are clean you're not getting immediate odds to call. And given the three straight cards plus two flush cards on board (and the smallish pot) I wouldn't find the implied odds compelling enough to keep going.

I would fold. Overcards are shaky, pot is small, many draws possible.
