Absolute support
In fairness to Absolute Poker, I wanted to create a thread giving credit where credit is due.
I have had a problem with the software for a couple of days now, and have been in contact with support. After the intial round of "reinstall the software" emails, I was contacted by Brent and Diane (Director of Technology) at Absolute. They have assured me of full functionality by this time tommorow, and seem sincerely concerned by the problems I have had. Very refreshing in today's world of customer service and outsourcing. Nate |

They certainly are trying harder now then they were in the site's early days. I'll give them credit for that.
But they were worse than party last spring/summer. |
