Should I Just Bet Out or Go For Checkraise?
Ive only been here for 20 hands, but in that time I haven't seen anything remarkable from the opponent - not remarkably good or bad.
Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. 2 folds, Hero calls, 1 fold, MP2 raises, 5 folds, Hero calls. Flop: (5.50 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero ...? Go for checkraise or just bet? Edit: Oops! Showed my flop action... I'm so embarassed! |

Re: Should I Just Bet Out or Go For Checkraise?
I'd lead out and then take it to 3 bets if raised. I've only been playing limit for a week though so I'd take my advice with a grain.

Raise preflop for god's sake! What's with the open-limp?

I felt a little early for an open raise. I usually raise this from MP1 or later, not UTG. You do? Is this standard?
