I don't think you should have reraised when it comes to you. There are good aces hands and there are bad aces hands. You have a bad aces hand (a good one basically has a wheel card along with the aces). The only way you are in good shape is if he is a recent holdem convert that thinks any KKxx or QQxx is worth getting the whole stack in. Unfortunately you are not far enough behind to fold. Now you are pretty big dog and got almost all of your money in. Most reraises are from aces, so this is a very likely scenario. Still, you probably have to call, but you did this to yourself by raising a weak AA hand. You will rarely be far ahead with AAQK and you may be in trouble, so take a flop here.
I will often raise from late position with the weak aces hands, but I am not looking to reraise or put in a ton of money. Your hand is a 1 way high only hand, so you should prefer seeing a flop.
