Me to. Emailed Support, and got this interesting reply:

Thank you for your email.

I have checked your account and I really apologize for the inconvenience with this delay on your cash out, I have contacted my manager and he will take care of your situation your request will be processed for being paid within the next 12 hours. Your satisfaction it’s of our interest, but for an inconvenience with our program this delay is happening with the withdrawals. I’m very sorry for this and you can be sure, this is not going to happen again
