Call. Even if villain has top pair or an overpair, you are only slightly behind the pot odds you are getting.
It is not great for table image, but I would consider folding preflop given your impression of villain. KQo doesn't play well against standard rerasing hands like AA, KK, QQ, AK, and AQ.
