It's weird, there's something about this strike that I'm enjoying. At least from my perspective, it's fostered a great sense of camraderie among New Yorkers. It's neat to see everyone be resourceful and learn to deal together.

too bad new yorkers can't be chummy and resourceful unless something crappy is happening. the only three times in recent memory that i can recall new yorkers actually being friendly and clever is after 9/11, after that power outage, and during this strike.
