Reraising says I can beat trip tens. A weak player can save his bet on the end as he's clearly beat. This would work often enough to make it profitable.
Calling because you don't really know where you are, I have Aces, Fool, and can still beat a whole load of hands.
Folding because how many weak players raise on the end when the board pairs unless they've made trips?
