Default party\'s take on disconnect abuse

Here is a hand I played that I believe was blatant disconnect protection abuse:

From Party:

"Using the information listed above we have investigated the history of player *Pimp_Slapped* thoroughly and have found that along with the hand you reported, the player has shown some sign of disconnecting at keys times. Although that might seem suspicious, the player has in fact not disconnected more than what might be normal with an internet connection"

Apparently if you only intentionally disconnect as much as someone with a bad internet connection its ok.
