what do you think the odds are of me getting some money out of UB to cover my overdraft fees?? Being that they admitted it was their mistake.
I think you'll get it if you persist.
Some of UB's staff are very sensible and understanding, some are moronic, if you get the right one you should be okay.
(Try a couple of times and then I can send a couple of names to try a FAO: if this crops up)
