Party Poker 20/40 Hold'em (6 max, 10 handed) converter

UTG is 56/13/1.5 who loves the showdown
MP1 is 32/16/1.5 who seems to like foding postflop.

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG raises, Hero 3-bets, 1 fold, MP1 calls, 6 folds, UTG calls.

Flop: (10.50 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG bets, Hero raises, MP1 folds, UTG calls.

Worst flop imaginable. Guy betting into me seems to love the donkbet and rarely folds--the real concern is MP1. He folds and I feel a lot better when UTG just calls my raise.

Turn: (7.25 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero calls.

I figure I'm beating 99-JJ here and splitting with QQ. I def dont feel optimistic. However, his game is pretty straightforward and it seems like it would have been an easy c/r for him if the K helped him and the flop call of my raise suggests no A or a slowplay. Call OK?

River: (9.25 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

Interesting hand. I think the fact that he did not checkraise the turn, make this a call down. But I think you lose > 50% of the time.
