You likely need to be more than 50% fav to justify a raise (as you appear to suggest), when called, even if you fold to a 3 bet. You cannot ignore the probability of your foe 3 betting.
Say you are 50% if called (80%),and you always fold to a 3-bet (20%). Then clearly you lose one bet 60% of the time and gain one 40% - not a good strategy. In this case you'd need to be closer to 2 in 3 than 1 in 2. It's even worse if some of the 80% call turns into fold from your oppo.
