Raising should tell you how many outs you have, as well as what the other players are on (calls and you're scared of As/Qs). A bet and 2 callers to you, your raise isn't getting anything HU unless the guy 3 bets you which you don't want to see happen.

Not a good spot for a raise. You have likely 4 outs plus a redraw against you. You want to see this turn cheap.
