I remember that one now and how I felt when I saw it at 12 yrs old. I saw a crew man that naturally catagorized Spock because of his likeness to the enemy.

That episode is a good example.

Most of the Vulcan predjudice can be seen in the first season episodes. It always involves human characters being intolerant with Spock's lack of emotion.
