I finally got in to my crappy working pokertracker tonight and saw your name in there and remembered this post. I only see 3 hands with you, because pt is messing up in other odd ways, because it shows I have more hands with you, but anyways......

Hand converter wasn't working for me either, so sorry haha. I xed out the other player's names.

Just calling the flop I think is cool because it's a rainbow flop, so it's a good spot to trap him. Turn you didn't capitalize though. You HAVE to raise the turn here. River, he showed you a lot of stregth by betting $25 compared to his $6 and $7 bets, and you RAISED him here. You can't raise with him showing that strength.
