I don't think the lame reload IS the VIP bonus. I think the cust-serv reps are basically saying "we're still working on the VIP stuff so please be patient. But have you heard about our great reloads as well as that super-duper Santa Clause thingee and our gay $1-million promotion???? ENJOY!!"
I too hate Party.
What I have heard about the Stars VIP program is that it should be decent. Not sure HOW decent the value will be though.
Hopefully theirs gets off the ground in short order.
I too am fed up with Party's inability to put together and simple rewards program.
