The EV gain from "stickifying" a bonus, ie. setting a target, betting big in order to reach it or bust, comes from the fact that if you bust, the remainder of your WR is forgiven. Your EV increases by the exact amount of WR forgiven. Since this particular bonus is only awarded after the WR is completed, no WR is ever forgiven, hence there can be no EV gain.
