Bullhead, based on my experience even Party is tougher overall than B&M. The only online site I've seen that's even close to B&M is Pacific and the quality of play has improved somewhat there too.

I'd guess the main reason for this is the availability online of micro limit games for the totally clueless to learn at. In B&M's the lowest limit is usually 2-4 or 3-6.
