Default Re: QQ on K flop, heads up

Sometimes calling down really is the best plan when the pot is large and you're either way ahead or way behind. It allows you to induce a bluff from an aggressive player, when a raise from you allows all better hands to 3-bet and worse hands to fold.

When the A hits the turn though, I really want to vomit. You're getting effective odds of 3.25:1 to call down here with two overcards and aggressive (probably solid but you don't give us a read) player. Against an unknown like this I'd call down because the slight -EV of it could be made up by my ability to get a read for future hands. If I have a read that he's a pretty solid type and not overly tricky, I might find a fold on the turn.
