Default All I meant was this...



All I meant with that complex options post was that, it seemed like if you were "predicting" CPN would go sideways, you could have hedged in stock. By default, then, it seemed like you were predicting it would rise.


And if you thought, well, not only will I get killed selling short stock if it rises, but also as it chops up and down, then you can't really expect somebody with less friction - and no opinion on direction - to sell the puts them back to you cheaper!


Meaning, in the absence of betting on the ideas of an end user as a middleman, you must be maiking a bet on the behavior in the underlying.


Or something, blah, blah, blah...
