I think it is very unlikely that you are ahead now, but the pot ist just too big to fold. You are getting 27-1 for your 2 reasonable clear outs and your implied odds are huge. so i call this on the flop.
If nobody raises and everybody calls, there will be 15BB in the pot on the turn and you can savely check/fold when no queen hits you.
If a queen comes, I would raise/ call the turn.
If it was 3-bet I check/call the river, if not I keep firing.
