I think that there is a pretty decent edge in betting on soccer games. My method has been to bet on top teams playing at terrible or even average teams if the price is even money or better. I've been finding over .500 on road teams against under .500 at home teams getting these prices.

You will usually get 2 or 3 games each weekend if you scour the major leagues in Europe and even the US. I usually put in a couple of hours a week on ESPNsoccernet to do the research on the good teams in the various leagues and to watch for important injuries.

If you would like, I would be willing to post my list of teams in the major leagues that I watch for the odds. I will also post the games that I'm looking at when the opening lines come out. Next weekend probably won't have any games since the major leagues are off for international matches. I will post anything that pops up for the weekend, but I doubt there will be much.
