BB is extremely loose-passive - I don't think I've ever seen him fold a blind PF or a pair postflop
UTG is also pretty LP, but not to the same extent as BB

I was going for an iso raise PF, but I should have realized that with a table containing 1 other TAG, and 4 players with VPIP's between 45 and 80, that really wasn't going to work. I think limping would have been OK here.

What's your river plan and why?
