I just fold if its heads up unless I have TT+/AK. It's not worth the aggravation when I lose so I don't call unless I think I have a decent chance at dominating them. I agree that it is quite tilt inducing. Since I have learned to just shrug it off and fold, I have had no problems with tilt and really don't think it is hurting my WR.
