I'd say you're probably up against kings. AA is possible, but there's 6x more combos of KK out there. I'm more scared of quads on the flop than I am on the river, since QQ is obviously not a possibility anymore. He can't have QQ, I suppose he COULD have AQ, but who caps preflop with AQ? I think you played it ok, although I think I raise the river and call a 3bet just for that reason..
