I just did this myself. You really need to get good at bubble play. With the short stacks there is not as much post flop play. I usually just play super tight early, so I have a reasonable number of chips left when it reaches level 4.

Edit: I see you said you play the $555's, so I'm sure you are already good at bubble play!
